If you still wish to return an item, you can initiate the return within 7 calendar days of receipt for a furniture item and within 30 days for an accessory item.
You must retain all packing materials and repack the item as you received it in order. This is absolutely necessary for the items to make it back to our warehouse in resalable condition. Within 5 business days of receipt back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund of the purchase price paid not including shipping and less the value of any shipping discounts applied to your order.
You will also be responsible for return shipment charges. Furniture items must be returned via ABF Freight at regular rate for the item(s) being returned. We will coordinate the pickup with you and ABF. Accessory items returned without furniture must be returned via UPS, FedEx or other carrier that provides for package tracing.
Standard Delivery is included with your console purchase. It is performed by one person with a dolly or hand truck. You may need to help steady larger items (like the Haven EX 82w) on the dolly or hand truck.
White Glove Delivery cost varies with shipment weight. Starting at $120 for up to 240 pounds. Each additional 20 pounds (or portion thereof) is an additional $15.
White Glove Delivery is performed by one or two people depending on the size of the pieces ordered and whether or not flights of stairs are involved.

* In cases where our freight carrier charges a surcharge due to its difficulty in reaching a particular destination (e.g. an island), additional charges will apply. We will contact you in such cases to alert you to the charges, and if necessary, cancel the order.
