By submitting a referral, you agree to these terms and conditions. Referring a person employed or contracted by a business providing A/V integration and/or interior design services counts as a referral of that business for this reward program. One reward per business is available to the first person to refer that business. Detection of duplicate referrals is manual. If you submit a duplicate referral, we will notify you within 5 business days. Any reward check earned will be mailed within 30 days of our shipment of the qualifying order. We can end this reward program at any time and without notice, but if your referral makes a qualifying first sale within 3 months of the ending date, you will receive your reward. We can also change this program at any time and without notice, but those changes will apply only to referrals made after such changes.
Standard Delivery is included with your console purchase. It is performed by one person with a dolly or hand truck. You may need to help steady larger items (like the Haven EX 82w) on the dolly or hand truck.
White Glove Delivery cost varies with shipment weight. Starting at $120 for up to 240 pounds. Each additional 20 pounds (or portion thereof) is an additional $15.
White Glove Delivery is performed by one or two people depending on the size of the pieces ordered and whether or not flights of stairs are involved.

* In cases where our freight carrier charges a surcharge due to its difficulty in reaching a particular destination (e.g. an island), additional charges will apply. We will contact you in such cases to alert you to the charges, and if necessary, cancel the order.
