Price Guarantee: A "better bottom line offer" means that if you were to place a second order for the same goods and services, your new order total would be less than your first. Let us know within 7 days and we will refund the difference. This guarantee applies to orders placed between October 20, 2016 and December 25, 2016, inclusive.
Delivery Guarantee: If we do not ship in time to deliver your console on or before December 23, 2016, we will refund you $100. This guarantee applies to consoles only and not to add-ons that might ship separately. It does not apply where you have asked us to delay shipment. This guarantee applies to orders placed on or before November 10, 2016.

Standard Delivery is included with your console purchase. It is performed by one person with a dolly or hand truck. You may need to help steady larger items (like the Haven EX 82w) on the dolly or hand truck.
White Glove Delivery cost varies with shipment weight. Starting at $120 for up to 240 pounds. Each additional 20 pounds (or portion thereof) is an additional $15.
White Glove Delivery is performed by one or two people depending on the size of the pieces ordered and whether or not flights of stairs are involved.

* In cases where our freight carrier charges a surcharge due to its difficulty in reaching a particular destination (e.g. an island), additional charges will apply. We will contact you in such cases to alert you to the charges, and if necessary, cancel the order.
