We do not build specific delivery charges into our prices and then advertise "Free Shipping" all the time. Instead, you choose the delivery service that suits your needs best, whether thats the lowest cost, the higest service level, or an option in between.

Rates below apply to most of the continental USA and Canada. Some remote and disaster areas (e.g. Martha's Vineyard, British Columbia, New Orleans) may be subject to extra charges. Your will be notified prior to shipment if your order is affected.

Service Center Pickup - $99 US / $129 Canada**
Pickup by customer at destination service center. Please make sure your vehicle can fit the furniture carton by reviewing carton sizes.

Super Saver Delivery - $149 US / $179 Canada**
Help out and save $80. Delivery via truck by one person. Lift-gate truck not guaranteed by carrier, so someone must be available to help driver lower furniture off the truck. Inside placement in carton to first floor location navigable by handtruck without harm to furniture or property. Please make sure the help can be safely provided by reviewing product weights.

Standard Delivery - $229 US / $259 Canada**
Delivery via lift-gate truck by one person. The lift-gate allows one person to take the furniture safely off the truck. Inside placement in carton to first floor location navigable by handtruck without harm to furniture or property.

White Glove Delivery - $289 US
Delivery by a 2-person delivery team. Inside placement and unpacking of furniture at desired location within residence, optional removal of packaging after inspection and acceptance by customer (original packing required for returns - see our return policy). Includes stair carry up to two flights (more flights additional). Setup (e.g. insertion of shelves, door glass) is NOT included. ADD 4 to 15 business days to Standard Delivery transit time.

Please note that shipping charges are not included in refunds under our return policy.

Our Delivery Service Providers

Con-way Freight handles the long distance portion for all delivery services, as well as local delivery/pickup excep for White Glove Delivery. HomeDirect USA handles the local aspect of White Glove Delivery. Both companies are nationally known for prompt, reliable service.

Time to Ship

In stock furniture items and accessories typically leave our facility within 1 to 3 business days. Backordered furniture typically ship within 1 to 3 weeks. Our main products indicate estimated availability to ship when a color selection is made.

Time in Transit

Transit time (the number of business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse until it is available for you to receive) varies by destination and service.

The map below graphically shows Con-way Freight transit times. White Glove Delivery adds several business days. The further the delivery address is from the nearest HomeDirect USA delivery affiliate, the longer it may take.

Some metropolitan areas (e.g. Midtown Manhattan) require a day beyond what is shown because Con-way must engage a local company to make the actual delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Note that timing of White Glove shipments are less precise than with other shipping options.

Delivery Windows

Deliveries are made weekdays during business hours by appointment. Our carriers generally do not offer Saturday or evening delivery. Con-way Freight generally gives 2 to 3 hour windows for delivery. HomeDirect USA normally provides a 4 hour window.

IMPORTANT: Receipt and Inspection of Goods

However infrequent, transit damage can sometimes occur.

Please inspect your furniture and note any damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing it. Absent any such notation, you are acknowledging receipt of the goods in good condition, making subsequent damage claims difficult to establish.

Also contact us at 877-325-9663 as soon as possible. If calling after our normal business hours, please leave a message. Very often a representative can return your call the same day. If you have a digital camera handy, take pictures of the furniture and/or the carton.

In every case, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction as quickly as possible. We ask that you work with us to resolve damage claims quickly and efficiently.
