Return Procedure We hope you will be satisfied with your Standout furniture. However, if you wish to return an item, the terms and procedure below apply. STEP 1. Request an RMA Number within 7 Calendar Days Request a Return to Manufacturer Authorization Number (RMA) within 7 days of delivery.
You can also submit your RMA request by calling 1-877-325-9663. If a customer service representative is not available, leave a message with the following details:
IMPORTANT: Please do not request an RMA via email as delivery cannot be guaranteed. STEP 2. Repack the Item Carefully pack the item in its original packaging in the same manner in which it shipped to you. This is especially important for large furniture items. You are responsible for the item’s safe return to us. Please call us if you need guidance.
STEP 3. Arrange for Con-way Freight to pick up the item A Customer Service Representative can help coordinate a pick up by Con-way Freight. Procedure Upon Receipt of Return Upon receipt, your returned items will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply. You will then be credited using the method used to make the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount unless paid by you. The return of an item purchased during a reduced shipping promotion will result in the above credit less our actual shipping cost.
